why we started HRVST

A short little story about our mission to remove the premium pricing from premium CBD products.

People are paying too much for cbd

so we're cutting out the middle man

HRVST cuts out middlemen such as third-party retailers, department stores, and wholesalers and sends the product right to you. It’s faster, more efficient, and gives you better (and cheaper!) access to the products you want.

Other CBD companies are not upfront about the true cost of CBD products, how it’s marketed in a retail setting, and what the true preferences of the buyer are. At HRVST, we support a “people-first” policy that focuses on putting the customer first.

What are the general CBD types?

ISOLATE

CBD isolate is a white, powder. This is a pure CBD molecule. CBD isolate does not contain phytocannabinoids like a full or broad-spectrum CBD oil product.

FUll spectrum

A full-spectrum CBD product refers to cannabis that is extracted from the whole marijuana plant. Not only does it contain the CBD molecule, but it can also include other beneficial cannabinoids, including THC, CBN, THCA, CBG, and CBC.

broad spectrum

A broad-spectrum CBD oil will contain all of the phytocannabinoids presents in its full-spectrum cousins, but it will not contain THC.

nano cbd

Consumers can also purchase nano CBD, which is a compound where the CBD molecules are shrunk and changed to a water-based form. This form of CBD is perfect for creams because the CBD can easily pass through the skin.

oils

CBD oils are the most popular of all medical hemp products. CBD oils are easy to find and purchase, and come in a variety of potencies. CBD oil can go through different filtering processes, producing a range of effects and benefits.

vape

Consumers can vaporize cannabis oil in a cartridge, otherwise known as vape or vaping. the effects are faster, but also diluted, since the CBD oil can bypass the digestive tract. Vaping is odorless and produces a minuscule amount of “smoke” making it a discreet and a quick way to medicate.

beverages

Drinks can be infused with a combination of CBD, or THC, or either one of these compounds in isolation. Popular cannabis drinks are dealcoholized beers, coffees, teas, and kombuchas.

bath bombs

CBD bath bombs are infused with either CBD alone, THC, or a combination of both cannabinoids. The molecules can be absorbed through the skin when someone places the bomb in a bath and sits in the bathwater.

creams

Cannabis creams are infused in medical-grade hemp, and allow users to target specific places without getting a systemic effect. CBD creams can soothe aching muscles and sore joints.

concentrates & Wax

Cannabis syrup concentrate and wax are also known as extracts. These forms of CBD come in a variety of forms and are more potent than the other types of CBD products listed so far. Concentrates are sometimes made out of living resin or kief.

edibles

Medical-grade CBD can also be used to create a variety of different edibles. The most popular edibles are fruit-flavored gummies and hard candies.

massage oils

CBD massage oils and other topical CBD products will activate the skin’s natural cannabinoid receptors.

cbd for pets

Pets also have cannabinoid receptors. Cats and dogs also have naturally occurring cannabinoid receptors. There are  pet-specific CBD products on the market such as tinctures, chew treats, and CBD capsules for dogs and cats.
